What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need a little extra time, just reach out - we’ll always do our best to accommodate you when we can!

How do I access the house?

We have self check-in for your convenience! You’ll receive a unique access code for the smart lock prior to your arrival. No need to wait around - head straight in and make yourself at home.

Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?

We’d love to help! Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Just send us a message in advance, and we’ll let you know what we can arrange for you.

Is Wi-Fi available, and what is the speed?

Absolutely! High-speed Wi-Fi is included and available throughout the entire house. You’ll find the network name and password in the welcome booklet on the kitchen counter.

Is there a washer and dryer?

Yes! A washer and dryer are available for your use. Laundry detergent is provided as a starter supply - you’ll find everything in the bathroom closet.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook up a storm! You’ll find all the essentials - pots, pans, utensils, a coffee maker, toaster, and more. We also provide a starter supply of basics like oil, salt, and coffee.

Is there heating and air conditioning?

Yes, the house has both air conditioning and heating, so you’ll be perfectly comfortable whatever the weather. Instructions for the thermostat can be found in the welcome booklet.

Is parking available?

Great news - free private parking is available right on the property. There’s space for 5 vehicles, so you wo’tneed to worry about finding a spot nearby.

What toiletries and essentials are provided?

We provide a welcome supply of towels, bed linens, toilet paper, hand soap, and shampoo to get you started. We want you to feel right at home from the moment you walk in!

Are pets allowed?

We’re sorry - pets are not permitted at this property. We appreciate your understanding and hope this doesn’t cause too much inconvenience.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but guests are welcome to smoke outside. We kindly ask that you use the designated outdoor area and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Thank you!

Are parties or events allowed?

We ask that guests respect the neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted, but of course, you’re welcome to enjoy a quiet evening in with your travel companions.

What is th maximum number of guests?

The house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Please make sure your booking reflects the actual number of guests staying, as this is important for safety and insurance purposes.

What are the best nearby restaurants and cafes?

There are some wonderful spots nearby that we love! For a cosy brunch, we recommend Hoozels. For dinner, the Branding Iron is a local favorite. You’ll find a full list of our top picks on the Attractions page or in the welcome booklet.

Are there grocery stores or supermarkets nearby?

Yes! The Dollar Store is just 5 minutes away and has everything you’ll need for your stay. There’s also a handy convenience store at Kwik-Trip if you just need a few quick essentials.

What local attractions do you recommend ?

There’s so much to explore! Some of our personal favorites include The Lodge on Camelot Lake, Hoozels, and the UTV trails. We’ve put together a full local guide in the welcome booklet and on the Activities page - we hope you get to experience some hidden gems!
